  A well Trained & Experienced Train Captain from Malaysian Monorail appointed as a TRAIN OPERATION MANAGER IN MUMBAI MONORAIL ; cause of his way of Smart & Young Thinking & Guidance .
   Name is 'Paul Raj Tamilsilvan'
   I am here to express my feelings to him in the time he has spent with us in this company.
    It is very sorrowful condition for us that he is leaving us however, it is also the time to cheer his Transfer with higher Grade . It is very sad moment to say him a goodbye after working with him for a nice long 3 years. However, we can do nothing with the time and its strategy.
    I am remembering some special moments with TANGO 01 ☺
    Very first day on June 2013 when I saw him , I was excited to learn Train driving from him . His guidence & knowledge about Train is really ultimate . That time ,  He came to meet every train captain in Tc room daily . It was happiest & funniest time for every captain. Before launching Monorail for revenue , we had  dinner in tc room . I also observed his smart way to talk & hispersonality . Whenever i was in trouble , he sorted out issues very tactfully & saved my Job .😊
     A long duration of 3 years time has spent without our knowledge. It seems that, it was yesterday when I joined the company under Paul Sir and the time of his going has come today very soon. How the enjoyable moment was with him, I never forget. His great achievements has inspired us a lot and would be continued in the future with us. We missed to hear  Guitar from him .
    He has nice management skills, good sense of humor and trustworthiness. I experienced a lot in this company working along with him however, I am a little bit sad that whoever will be my next boss. It is likely a fearful condition for me to leave my best boss and work under new boss.
  
   Thank you boss for your all support, friendship, and help. Please forgive us for all mistakes which we have made unknowingly. I wish you All the best and success for your new projects. I hope you will be in touch with us and guide us time to time accordingly.
   And Sir , You Just don't listen the Good news from Us , You have to come and join My Wedding Function .
